Basic Features in Incoming Calls Menu
Call Notify sends you a notification e-mail containing the caller's name and number (if available) when a call matches your pre-defined criteria. You can use this feature to create an archive of callers or to determine if you missed any important calls.
Connected Line Identification Restriction allows you to block your number from being shown when receiving a call. Members of your group can still see your number when they call you.
Calling Number Delivery displays the telephone number of the calling party.
Calling Name Delivery displays the name of the calling party.
Internal Calling Line ID Delivery displays the calling line name and number for callers from inside your group.
External Calling Line ID Delivery displays the calling line name and number for callers from outside your group.
Do Not Disturb sends all calls directly to your voicemail without ringing your phone.
Calling Name Retrieval delivers calling name information (caller ID) to your phone.
Call Forwarding Not Reachable allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number when your device is not accessible.
Call Forwarding No Answer allows you to forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number when you do not answer your phone.
Call Forwarding Busy allows you to forward your incoming calls to a different number while you are on the phone.
Call Forwarding Always redirects all of your incoming calls to another number.
