- Intercept Group

The Intercept Group feature allows you to gracefully take a group out of service while providing callers with informative announcements and alternative routing options. This feature is typically used for a group that has been decommissioned.
Depending on the service configuration, none, some, or all incoming calls to the group users are intercepted.
To get a read-only view of the options available in this feature before you activate it:
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your admin credentials.
- Click Utilities on the left menu, then click Intercept Group in the Advanced column.
- The Intercept Group page opens. All options are visible, but they are “greyed out” and cannot be edited.
