Internal Calling Line ID Delivery displays the calling line name and number for callers from inside your group.
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
- Click Incoming Calls on the left-hand menu.
- On the Incoming Calls page, click the Internal Calling Line ID Delivery link in the Basic column.
- The Internal Calling Line ID Delivery page opens.
- Internal Calling Line ID Delivery defaults to On. If you would like to deactivate this service, click Off.
- Click OK or Apply to save changes.
