Calling Name Retrieval delivers calling name information (caller ID) to your phone.
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com.
- Click Incoming Calls on the left-hand menu.
- On the Incoming Calls page, click the Calling Name Retrieval link in the Basic column.
- The Calling Name Retrieval page opens.
- Calling Name Retrieval defaults to On. If you would like to deactivate this service, click Off.
- Click OK or Apply to save changes, or Cancel to exit without saving.
