Kyndal Gannon serves as Chief People Officer at TPx. Her extensive Human Resources expertise spans talent development, people strategy, and organizational transformation.
 
Prior to joining TPx in 2024, Kyndal held various leadership positions in talent acquisition, talent development, and Human Resources at Lumen Technologies and Honeywell. She is a driving force for innovation and equity, with a special focus on cross-functional initiatives that bolster business objectives and advance cultural transformation.
 
Kyndal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
 
In her free time, Kyndal enjoys spending time outside with her children, reading, gardening, and collecting antique jewelry.
