Carol Hilliard is the Chief Operating Officer and joined TPx in October 2020 as SVP of Customer Success. A seasoned leader, she has more than 25 years of experience leading global teams through business transformation and helping companies achieve their goals. In her role, Carol works within TPx to prioritize customer needs, and cultivates and maintains relationships with customers to help them maximize the benefits of TPx’s solutions. As the COO, Carol is responsible for the customer service, support, operations and IT teams.

Before joining TPx, Carol spent nearly 12 years at PGi, a cloud-based communication and collaboration provider and Siris Capital portfolio company. Previously, she held leadership roles with various companies, including RELX, Mosby Inc. and EDS.  Carol holds a degree in Marketing conferred by the Marketing Institute of Ireland and has lived and worked throughout  the United States, UK and Ireland where she is now based.
